Meet Caroline, a Soulversity Meditation Trainer based in Australia. Caroline's journey with meditation began several years ago, when she found herself facing a challenging time in her life. She was struggling with anxiety and stress, and was searching for a way to find some relief. That's when she stumbled upon meditation. She completed a meditation course, which helped her to feel more calm and centered. In fact, she credits meditation with helping her to come off antidepressant medication.


However, after completing the course, Caroline didn't continue with her meditation practice. Life got busy, and she found herself getting caught up in the hustle and bustle of daily life. But as time went on, Caroline began to feel the effects of stress and anxiety creeping back in. She felt overwhelmed and uncertain about how to manage her emotions. That's when she decided to give meditation another try.


This time, Caroline's experience with meditation was different. She discovered Soulversity's Meditation Teacher Training (MTT) program, which offered a comprehensive and structured approach to learning meditation. Caroline was drawn to the program's emphasis on mindfulness, self-awareness, and spiritual growth. She felt a deep connection to the teachings and the community, and she knew that this was the right path for her.


Caroline threw herself into the program, completing all three levels of training in Nov-Dec 2024. The experience was transformative, and Caroline feels that it has changed her life in profound ways. She's developed a deeper understanding of herself and the world around her, and she's learned how to cultivate a sense of inner peace and calm, no matter what challenges she may be facing.


As a meditation trainer, Caroline brings a sense of compassion, zeal, and kindness to her teaching. She's passionate about sharing the benefits of meditation with others, and she's dedicated to helping her students develop a sustainable practice that will enhance their overall well-being. Caroline believes that meditation is a powerful tool for cultivating greater calm, confidence, and self-awareness, and she's excited to share this gift with others.
